One Woman’s Quest for the Best (Chattanooga) Juice Bar

What happened when Nooga.com writer Meagan Frey went on the Quest for the Best Juice Bar? You can probably guess since we’re writing about it, that Southern Sqweeze was her favorite!

“Overall, my favorite juice bar was Southern Sqweeze. Their friendly staff, tasty juices, large variety and beautiful bottles make the relatively high price worth it.”

We take pride in our amazing staff, both front of the house and behind the scenes, and make sure we are all well versed in cold-pressed juice and nutrition. Being healthy isn’t always easy, and the same old can get boring quickly, so we make sure to have a variety of options to keep your taste buds happy!

Meagan did point out something that people new to us often experience: The prices can create a bit of sticker shock. It is our hope that people understand two things when purchasing a bottle of our cold-pressed juice:

1. Our cold-pressed juice is made with completely organic produce.

We know, organic is a word that is thrown around a lot these days. What does it really mean? It means you’re not consuming food that has been genetically modified. Your food has had time to grow and mature at a natural rate allowing you to digest and absorb at a natural rate. Most importantly it means your body is assimilating life-giving  nutrients, not weed-killer and pesticides.

2. Each bottle of juice has about 4-6 lbs. of produce. Now that’s economical and a lot of goodness in one bottle!

At Southern Sqweeze we understand healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle does not always come easy. It is our hope that we can not only make it more convenient for you, but that we can help you live your best too!

We’re lucky enough to live in a community that provides a variety of healthy food and juice options, and we’re glad that Chattanooga has the health conscious population to support them. While we’re proud that Meagan liked Southern Sqweeze the best, we think no matter which Chattanooga area juice bar you visit, you’re taking a step in the right direction.

Until next time, Southern Sqweezers! xo
